Abstract:
To provide a capacitor more excellent than before in at least one of a capacitance and an equivalent series resistance, and further excellent in heat resistance, a production method of the same, and a conductive polymer dispersion suitable for producing the capacitor.SOLUTION: The capacitor 10 includes: an anode 11 composed of a porous body of a valve metal; a dielectric layer 12 composed of an oxide of the valve metal; a cathode 13 made of a conductive substance disposed on an opposite side to the anode of the dielectric layer; and a solid electrolyte layer 14 formed between the dielectric layer and the cathode, where the solid electrolyte layer contains a conductive complex body containing a π-conjugated conductive polymer, and a polyanion, and a compound represented by a specific chemical formula having an ether group.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
