Abstract:

To provide a sample holder whose handling is facilitated and which is used for fluorescence X-ray analysis capable of excellently detecting trace elements contained in a biological tissue slice.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a specimen holder which is used for X-ray fluorescence analysis for detecting trace elements contained in a biological tissue slice. The content of elements influencing the detection of the trace elements by fluorescence X-ray analysis is within a range in which the trace elements can be detected from the biological tissue slice by the fluorescence X-ray analysis.
