Abstract:
To provide an absorbent article capable of suppressing deterioration of deodorant performance of a deodorant sheet.SOLUTION: An absorbent article has an absorbent core, a surface sheet, and a rear surface sheet. The absorbent article has a width direction and a cross direction that are orthogonal to each other. The absorbent article further comprises a deodorant sheet disposed between the absorbent core and the rear surface sheet. The absorbent core has a first surface and a second surface. The surface sheet is disposed on the second surface side of the absorbent core. The rear surface sheet is disposed on the first surface side of the absorbent core. The absorbent core has a forward core portion and a backward core portion located on both end sides in the cross direction, and an intermediate core portion located between the forward core portion and the backward core portion. The absorbent core has a convex high-thickness portion which protrudes toward the rear surface sheet side and located in the intermediate core portion, and a low-thickness portion thinner than the high-thickness portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
