Abstract:
To provide a heater with high heat transfer efficiency.SOLUTION: A heater includes a hollow box 1 that defines a heating space 10 inside, a microwave radiation unit 2 for radiating a microwave in the heating space 10, an infrared radiation module 3 for radiating an infrared ray toward the heating space 10, and a blowing source 34. The infrared radiation module 3 includes an infrared radiation unit 31 for radiating an infrared ray, a lamp housing 32 disposed so as to surround the infrared radiation unit 31, in which a first opening communicated with the heating space 10 is formed on one surface facing the heating space 10, and a microwave shielding plate 33 attached to the lamp housing 32 so as to cover the first opening, in which a plurality of through-holes are formed. The microwave shielding plate 33 defines a heat collection space with the lamp housing 32. The blowing source 34 is connected to the lamp housing 32, and can blow air into the heat collection space.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
