Abstract:
To provide a radiation detection module and a radiation detector that can improve impact resistance of a substrate and prevent deformation of the substrate due to a change in temperature.SOLUTION: A radiation detection module according to an embodiment comprises: a substrate that exhibits a sheet-like shape and contains resin; a plurality of photoelectric conversion units that are provided on one face of the substrate; a scintillator that is directly deposited on the plurality of photoelectric conversion units and converts a radiation ray into fluorescent light; a frame-like sealing unit that contains a thermoplastic resin as a main component, is provided around the scintillator, and is joined to the substrate and the scintillator; and a moisture proofing unit that covers the scintillator and is joined to an outer surface of the sealing unit in the vicinity of its circumference.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
