Abstract:
To enable an article transfer robot to transfer an article to a recipient while suppressing leakage of internal structure data of a building to the outside.SOLUTION: An article transfer system comprises: a self-propelled pallet 50 capable of transferring an article to addressee's whereabouts; and a guide robot 10 capable of traveling in a building. The guide robot 10 comprises a BIM data storage unit 31, a confirmation unit 38, a route creation unit 36 (route acquisition unit), and an instruction unit 39. The BIM data storage unit 31 can store internal structure data of an enrolled building 80 in which the guide robot 10 is placed. The confirmation unit 38 inquires delivery information to the self-propelled pallet 50 waiting at the entrance of the enrolled building 80. When the addressee included in the delivery information is included in users of the enrolled building 80, the route creation unit 36 acquires a route from a self position to the addressee's whereabouts based on the internal structure data of the enrolled building 80. The instruction unit 39 instructs the self-propelled pallet 50 to execute follow-up operation led by the guide robot 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
