Abstract:
To provide a joint cover device capable of closing a joint portion and a corner portion of the joint portion even when a distance to a border line is very short and capable of absorbing sway due to an earthquake without a joint cover passing the border line.SOLUTION: A joint cover device comprises: one skeleton 3; the other skeleton 4; a first rail member 7; a first joint plate 9; energizing means 11 energizing the first joint plate 9 to the other skeleton 4 side; a second rail member 12; a second joint plate 13 provided so as to protrude at a corner portion of a joint portion 2; a fixing joint plate 14 for a corner portion closing a part of the corner portion of the joint portion 2; a movable joint plate 16 for a corner portion whose one end portion is pivotally supported to one skeleton 3 so as to rotate and which closes a part of the corner portion of the joint portion 2; and a rotation mechanism rotating the movable joint plate 16 for a corner portion to the other skeleton 4 side. In the fixing joint plate 14 for a corner portion, a cutout portion facing a corner portion of the other skeleton 4 with an interval is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
