Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a base material with a brazing material, which can reliably remove a protruding part of a base material while suppressing excessive loss of a brazing material (particularly the corners) even when there is an excessively large protruding part of the base material after punching, and a base material with a brazing material suitable for an electronic component storage package to which the manufacturing method is applied.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a base material with a brazing material includes the steps of forming a clad individual piece by punching a clad plate material in which a base material and a brazing material are laminated and bonded from the brazing material side toward the base material side, etching the clad individual piece with an etching solution in which the base material is easily melted and the brazing material is hard to be melted, and barrel-polishing the clad individual pieces after etching. There is provided a base material with a brazing material by applying this manufacturing method.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
