Abstract:
To provide a cooking method that can alleviate and solve problems that occurs when cooking with a low temperature cooker: (1) a longer time than usual heating cooking is necessary due to low temperature, (2) difficult to understand at what temperature a food material to be cooked can be cooked, (3) difficult to understand how long time is necessary to cook a food material to be cooked, and (4) it takes a long time to separately season the food material cooked at low temperature.SOLUTION: A following cooking method aimed to solve problems when using a low temperature cooker. (1) by seeing a predetermined "simultaneous cooking quick-reference cap guide", the number of recipes desired to be cooked are selected from the same temperature. (2) A predetermined "universal seasoning" is prepared according to the recipe. (3) A temperature of the low temperature cooker is set. (4) According to each of recipes, food materials and a seasoning are vacuum packaged in a bag. (5) All are simultaneously charged in a pan to cook.SELECTED DRAWING: None
