Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a powder material capable of easily producing a powder material having high fluidity using metal particles and nanoparticles.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing a powder material which implements: a raw material preparation step of preparing a raw material powder containing metal particles P1 having an average particle diameter of 10 μm or more and 500 μm or less and nanoparticles P2 composed of a metal or a metal compound; a dispersion step of introducing the raw material powder into a dispersing device 10 for dispersing the flocculated powder to eliminate flocculation of the nanoparticles P2 and a classification step of introducing the raw material powder discharged from the dispersing device 10 into a classification device 20 to classify the powder material and fractionate particles P formed by adhering the dispersed nanoparticles P2 to the metal particles P1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
