Abstract:
To provide a bending method of forming strong knitted reinforcement net for a large diameter cylinder which does not exists in the prior art.SOLUTION: At least ten pieces of thick main reinforcement having diameter of about 25 to 50 mm are set up at a required interval, a plurality of pieces of hoop reinforcement having diameter of about 13 to 25 mm are set up with respect to the main reinforcement, flat planar reinforcement net knitted by binding intersection positions of the main reinforcement and the hoop reinforcement with thick binding wire having diameter of about 2.5 to 5 mm is used, every piece of the main reinforcement is successively compressed from the end part side of one short edge side of the flat planar reinforcement net, thereby, the hoop reinforcement between adjacent main reinforcements is bent so that the whole is curved into a required arcuate shape, further, the strong reinforcement net formed in a cylinder shape by joining a plurality of pieces curved in an arcuate shape is provided, the flat planar high-strength reinforcement net formed with thick main reinforcement, hoop reinforcement and binding reinforcement is bent into a circular arcuate shape, and the cylindrical reinforcement net having large diameter and strength can be formed by joining the bent reinforcement nets.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
