Abstract:
To provide an internal combustion engine control device which improves controllability of an engine rotation speed when a temperature of an internal combustion engine is low.SOLUTION: A control device 100 performs an idling rotation speed control to adjust output torque of an internal combustion engine with a feedback value calculated on the basis of a deviation between a target idling rotation speed and an actual idling rotation speed. The control device 100 performs: guard processing to regulate the feedback value with an upper limit value and a lower limit value; and change processing to change at least either the upper limit value or the lower limit value so as to make a feedback range, defined as a range between the upper limit value and the lower limit value, wider when a temperature of the internal combustion engine is low than when the same is high.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
