Abstract:
To provide an industrial vehicle hydraulic transmission capable of achieving both improvement in clutch cooling performance with hydraulic oil and enhanced response of a clutch with respect to inching valve operation.SOLUTION: An industrial vehicle hydraulic transmission 20 comprises a clutch cooling hydraulic oil passage 38 which guides hydraulic oil passed through a torque converter 11 to a cooler 36 and also guides the hydraulic oil cooled with the cooler 36 to a clutch 12. The industrial vehicle hydraulic transmission also has: a conduction hydraulic oil passage which connects an inching valve 30 and the clutch cooling hydraulic oil passage 38 and guides a portion of hydraulic oil from the inching valve 30 to the clutch cooling hydraulic oil passage 38 during inching; a check valve 45 which is installed on the conduction hydraulic oil passage and prevents the hydraulic oil from flowing back to the inching valve 30; a drain hydraulic oil passage which is connected to a place between the check valve 45 and the inching valve 30 in the conduction hydraulic oil passage; and a residual pressure relief device which is installed on the drain hydraulic oil passage and releases residual pressure in the conduction hydraulic oil passage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
