To provide a method for manufacturing a ceramic structure, capable of miniaturizing a calcination tool.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a ceramic structure includes the steps of: forming a ceramic-containing material in a columnar shape to obtain a plurality of formed bodies; placing the plurality of formed bodies thus obtained within a recess part of a calcination tool while piling the formed bodies; and calcining the formed bodies thus piled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
