Abstract:
To provide a valve core opening device which includes a main valve device and a seal block structure.SOLUTION: A handle cover 1 and a first ring handle 2 are fitted in order to one end of a main valve rod 7. The other end of the main valve rod is inserted into a connection opening. A second ring handle 3 is connected to a slide nut 5 through a fastening screw. The slide nut and a first fastening nut 6 are threadedly connected. The first fastening nut is connected to the connection opening. An axial seal ring 11 and a push ring 12 are used for sealing between the main valve rod and connection opening. The second ring handle is rotated and then the slid nut is made to move forward or backward in a valve body. Under the control of the first ring handle, the main valve rod can operate flexibly according to an actual position of a valve core. The first fastening nut restricts the position of the main valve rod, which is securely not pushed out with pressure in a gas filling process so as to secure safety and stability of a test process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
