Abstract:
To perform control according to characteristics of a communication network and improve users' convenience.SOLUTION: When a communication device connects to a cellular communication network 303 while being in connection with a cellular communication network 302, if communication can be performed in the cellular communication network 303 by using subscriber information of the cellular communication network 302, the communication device disconnects the cellular communication network 302 and communicates in the cellular communication network 303, whereas if communication cannot be performed in the cellular communication network 303 by using the subscriber information of the cellular communication network 302, the communication device maintains connection with the cellular communication network 302 and also communicates in the cellular communication network 303.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
