Abstract:
To obtain a vehicular light projection control device capable of enhancing a glare-proof effect to a driver of a vehicle in the case of including a reflector within the light projection range of light projection means mounted on a vehicle.SOLUTION: A position detection part 52 detects a reference position being a position to a vehicle 1, of a reflector included in a video image obtained by photographing the direction of travel of the vehicle 1. A position estimation part 53 estimates a relative position of the reflector to the traveling vehicle 1 on the basis of position information on the reference position and traveling information of the vehicle 1. A dimming control part 54 performs dimming control over a headlight unit 2 so as to dim projected light to a range corresponding to the relative position in a light projection range by the headlight unit 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
