Abstract:
To provide polymeric nanoparticles.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to polymeric nanoparticles comprising a pharmaceutical combination, pharmaceutical compositions comprising the same, and methods for treating certain diseases comprising administering these polymeric nanoparticles to a subject in need thereof. The pharmaceutical composition may comprise: a) polymeric nanoparticles comprising a poly(lactic acid)-poly(ethylene glycol)-poly(propylene glycol)-poly(ethylene glycol) (PLA-PEG-PPG-PEG) tetra-block copolymer; b) one or more chemotherapeutic agents or anti-cancer targeting agents; and c) a peptide comprising NuBCP-9 (SEQ ID NO: 1) or a peptide comprising MUC1 (SEQ ID NO: 2).SELECTED DRAWING: None
