Abstract:
To provide an air jet type sand blast device.SOLUTION: An air jet type sand blast device includes a sand blast box 1 and a sand storage space 2 installed in the sand blast box. A sand inlet 58 opening on the outside is disposed in a rear wall inside the sand storage space, and an air compressor 53 is fixedly installed in the sand blast box. A sand blast space 5 is installed under the left side of the sand storage space in the sand blast box, and the sand blast device is installed in the sand blast space. Efficiency of blowing sand against a workpiece is enhanced by realizing automatic blowing of sand and automatic recovery of sand. Also, the occurrence of atmospheric pollution is avoided by realizing mechanical control in a processing process and manually blowing sand. The sand as a polishing material can be reused, which is environmentally friendly and saves cost and is suitable for many machine manufacturers.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
