Abstract:
To provide an electro-optical device capable of suppressing an increase in the number of stacked layers and a decrease in an opening ratio and improving light-shielding properties to transistors, and to provide electronic equipment.SOLUTION: An electro-optical device includes: a first conduction part for connecting a first capacitance electrode with a first relay electrode; a second conduction part for connecting a signal line with a second relay electrode; a third conduction part for connecting a semiconductor layer with the first relay electrode; a fourth conduction part for connecting the semiconductor layer with the second relay electrode; a fifth conduction part for connecting a gate electrode with a scanning line; and a sixth conduction part for connecting a fixed potential line with a second capacitance electrode. The signal line, fixed potential line, first capacitance electrode, second capacitance electrode, semiconductor layer, gate electrode, scanning line, and relay electrode group are aligned in a direction separated from a board in this order.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
