Abstract:
To provide a slitter device that can restrict thrust shaking and radial shaking of a blade edge to the minimum, even when repeatedly changing a cutting width, with a simple structure.SOLUTION: The slitter device has a cutter holder unit 2 comprising a cutter holder 4 comprising fixing means that is fixed to a rotating shaft and a toric upper blade 3 held on the cutter holder. The fixing means is constituted of: a swing arm 11, formed on an outer peripheral surface of the cutter holder, which has an inner peripheral penetration part 9d, a portion of which is penetrated through an inner peripheral surface of the cutter holder, and is mounted on a notch part 9 not penetrating in a shaft-line direction of the rotating shaft and is fixed to be swingable in a direction perpendicular to the shaft-line direction of the rotating shaft; and energizing means 12 that energizes one end part of the swing arm toward the outer peripheral surface of the cutter holder and press-contacts the other end part of the swing arm with the rotating shaft from the inner peripheral surface penetration part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
