Abstract:
To provide an intake duct capable of compatibly reducing intake noise of desired frequencies and improving intake sound and radiation sound of the intake duct.SOLUTION: The intake duct has a tube wall formed tubular for introducing outside air into an internal combustion engine or an alternative power engine. The tube wall includes a pair of surface layers consisting of an outer periphery side layer and an inner periphery side layer, and a base material layer laminated between the surface layers, the base material layer being formed of nonwoven fabric having a synthetic resin and glass fibers mixed, the surface layer being formed of organic fiber nonwoven fabric, the outer periphery side layer having a lower air permeance than the inner periphery side layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
