Abstract:
To provide a mount device that can improve the steering stability and ride comfort of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A mount device connecting an upper end of a shock absorber and a vehicle body includes a first mount that has a first mounting member, a first vehicle body side member, and a first elastic coupling portion, a second mount that has a second mounting member, a second vehicle body side member, and a second elastic coupling portion, a coupling portion that connects the first mounting member and the second mounting member, and a connecting portion that rockably connects the coupling portion to an upper end of the shock absorber. The second mount is equipped with a switching portion that makes a spring constant in a first axial direction in a second state higher than a spring constant in the first axial direction in the first state. Difference between the spring constant in the first axial direction of the first mount and the spring constant in the first axial direction of the second mount is made to be larger in the second state in the switching portion as compared with that in the first state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
