Abstract:
To provide a combustion device in which a louver body can be formed integrally therewith, and wind noise at the passage of a combustion gas is hardly generated, and a manufacturing method of the combustion device.SOLUTION: A combustion device 1 having an exhaust port 11 for discharging a combustion gas generated at a combustor 3 to the outside comprises a louver body 12 for regulating a flow direction of the combustion gas progressing toward the exhaust part 11, and the louver body 12 has: an outer frame part 16 forming a contour; a plurality of long-plate shaped blade parts 17 aligned inside the outer frame part 16 with clearances therebetween; an opening part 19 which is formed while penetrating the lover body 12 in a thickness direction, and located between the blade parts 17; and a connecting part 20 for connecting the outer frame part 16 and the blade parts 17. The outer frame part 16, the blade parts 17, and the connecting part 20 are integrally formed, the blade parts 17 have a pair of folded parts 18 which are formed while being folded toward the same faces so that both end edges forming long sides oppose each other, the blade parts 17 are inclined upward toward the exhaust port 11, and a certain face of the folded parts 18 is oriented to the exhaust port 11 side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
