Abstract:
To provide a cup-shaped container which is excellent in long-term preservability of contents, joins both of end edge parts of a blank for body and joins a body and a bottom body without causing an apparent defect such as deformation when a cup-shaped container enabling aseptic sterilization and retort sterilization is manufactured, and enhances sealability of a container.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a cup-shaped container includes: a step of punching a laminate 20 composed of a metallic foil layer 201 and heat fusible resin layers 202 and 203 and forming a blank 20A for body; a step of punching a laminate 30 composed of a metallic foil layer 301 and heat fusible resin layers 302 and 303 and forming a blank 30A for bottom body; a step of drawing forming the blank 30A for body and forming a bottom body 3 composed of a bottom body 31 and a hanging part 32; a step of overlapping both end edge parts of the blank 20A for body and performing heat fusion twice, and forming a cylindrical body 2 with high frequency seal in twice heat fusion; and a step of integrating both of a lower end 2a of the body 2 and the handing part 32 of the bottom body 3 by heat fusion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
