To reduce power required for writing corrected data back to a memory in a storage device.SOLUTION: A memory stores data with a plurality of cells indicating prescribed values as units. A write control part receives write-back data having a specified value in a position corresponding to at least one cell among the plurality of cells and a write-back instruction on the specified value.
