Abstract:
To provide a gummy candy capable of maintaining required texture by preventing contained saccharide components from crystallizing even if stored for a long period without eating.SOLUTION: A gummy candy includes maltose and other saccharide components, where maltose prevents the other saccharide components from crystallizing. Preferably, the gummy candy contains trehalose as other saccharide components, and is subjected to aeration treatment. Farther preferably, the gummy candy includes: a first gummy part 10 having resilience feeling; and a second gummy part 20 which is subjected to aeration treatment, and disposed around the outside of the first gummy part, where maltose and other saccharide components are contained in the second gummy part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
