Abstract:
To provide a culture device having excellent operability, a method for producing an artificial tissue, and a drug evaluation method using an artificial tissue.SOLUTION: A culture device 10 for culturing a cell comprises: a body part 12 which has a first base material 20 which has a culture space 22 capable of culturing a cell and a first opening open into the culture space 22, a second base material 30 which has a perfusion channel capable of perfusing a culture medium and a second opening open into the perfusion channel, and holds the first base material 20 in a detachable manner such that the culture space 22 communicates with the perfusion channel, and an extendable film 40 which is arranged for the first opening or the second opening and has one or more through holes; and an extension device 14 which is configured to extend the film 40 by applying force to the body part 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
