Abstract:
To provide a defatting cleaning device which can exhibit high cleaning effect.SOLUTION: A defatting cleaning device comprises a defatting tank which has, at a tank lower part, a particle recovery member for recovering particles from washing water. The particle recovery member has: an upper member in which upper unit members A, that include a concave inner surface ISA extending in a longer direction and a convex outer surface OSA corresponding to the inner surface, are juxtaposed with an interval DA therebetween; and a lower member in which lower unit members B, that have a concave inner surface ISB extending in the longer direction, are juxtaposed with an interval DB therebetween. The upper member and the lower member are located to face each other so that the interval DA and the inner surface ISB face each other and the interval DB and the inner surface ISA face each other. Further, a flow channel P, through which particles can pass, is formed by at least a part of the inner surface ISA and at least a part of the inner surface ISB which face each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
