Abstract:
To provide a cam mechanism which can convert rotational motion into linear motion with a simple structure.SOLUTION: First and second arms 6, 7 are provided in a linear-movable manner at both-side opposite positions about a rotational center of a driving cam 5. The arms are alternately continuous such that, when the driving cam 5 is in an engagement state with the first arm 6, the driving cam 5 becomes an engagement-released state with the second arm 7, and a holding cam 8 comes into contact with a second restriction roller 22 to hold the second arm 7 at a predefined position while being apart from a first restriction roller 21 to become a hold-released state, and when the driving cam 5 is in an engagement state with the second arm 7, the driving cam 5 becomes an engagement-released state with the first arm 6, and the holding cam 8 comes into contact with the first restriction roller 21 to hold the first arm 6 at a predefined position while being apart from a second restriction roller 22 to become a hold-released state. At the same time, the arms are configured to be independent from each other such as to be respectively cam-engageable with the driving cam 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
