Abstract:
To provide a drying/crushing device capable of preventing dried particles from being contaminated with a bacterium and a fungus, preventing a raw material from being damaged by heating to the extent practicable, and producing excellent dried powder.SOLUTION: The drying/crushing device comprises a hot air generator 2 that generates hot air by heating air, a sample feeder 3 that feeds a raw material, a crusher 4 that crushes a raw material while drying the raw material by bringing the raw material into contact with hot air, to produce dried particles, a dried particle recovery device 5 that recovers dried particles, a suction blower 7 that sucks air from the dried particle recovery device 5, a compressor 8 that compresses the sucked air, a dryer 9 that dries the compressed air, and a closed-system circulation path 10 connecting them.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
