To provide a plant cultivation instrument, a plant cultivation system and a plant cultivation method in which transplantation of a plant from inoculation to harvest of a plant is suppressed.SOLUTION: A plant cultivation instrument has: a support member which supports a housing container housing a plant; a fixing part which fixes the housing container on the support member; and a support pillar on which a plurality of the support members are arranged.
