Abstract:
To provide an abrasion-resistant and corrosion-resistant iron based alloy powder for laser cladding, and a laser cladding layer formed from the same.SOLUTION: An alloy powder contains each component in the following mass percentage: C of 2.5-3.0%, Cr of 29-31%, Ni of 8.3-8.5%, V of 7.5-8%, Ti of 1.6-1.8%, and Fe as the margin.EFFECT: A cladding layer formed by the alloy powder has good abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance, high strength and toughness, and excellent welding performance. The prepared cladding layer is close-packed and crack-free, and can overcome the problem of rapid-cooling cracking caused by a high cladding rate. The cladding layer formed by the alloy powder has a corrosion resistance reaching the national standard (GB/T6461-2002) level 9, a hardness from 61 HRC to 63 HRC, and a yield strength in the range of 1700-1900 MPa.SELECTED DRAWING: None
