Abstract:
To provide a battery safety device to improve the safety of a lithium battery.SOLUTION: A battery safety device 1 can be installed in a battery and includes a tab lead 11 and a temperature control expansion member 12. The tab lead 11 includes a connecting portion, a left stretching portion, a right stretching portion, an upper stretching portion, and an operating plate. The left stretching portion and the right stretching portion can be connected to the connecting portion and can be in contact with a first conductive portion C1 in the polar winding W of the battery. The upper stretching portion can be connected to the connecting portion and can also be in contact with a first electrode terminal P1 of the battery. The operating plate can be connected to the connecting portion. Moreover, a storage space is provided between the operating plate and polar winding W. The temperature control expansion member 12 can be installed in the storage space and can come into contact with the operating plate and the first conductive portion C1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
