Abstract:

To provide a new manufacturing method of tea suppressing depression of luster and color of tea leaf and extract in a method to obtain tea given flavor of smoked materials by smoke as finishing tea, and to provide the tea provided by the manufacturing method and tea beverage containing the extract of the tea.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of tea, an unrefined tea step S1 manufacturing unrefined tea 2 from raw tea leaf 1 is performed, and then, in a finishing tea step S2 manufacturing finishing tea 3 from the unrefined tea 2, the tea leaf is subjected to a humidifying step S2X and subsequently smoking step S2Y to obtain humidifying smoked tea as finishing tea.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
