To provide a room heating device and a toilet bowl device which suppress dust being sucked into a hot air fan.SOLUTION: A room heating device includes: a housing 2 in which an intake port 215 is formed; a hot air fan 6 arranged inside the housing 2; and a filter 4 which is inserted in a filter insertion part s1 formed at the housing 2, and arranged so as to cover the intake port 215. At the housing 2, an inclined surface 214 is formed for guiding the filter 4, and the filter 4 is arranged along the inclined surface 214.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
