Abstract:
To provide electrical equipment capable of enhancing heat discharge efficiency of a heating component.SOLUTION: Electrical equipment 1 comprises: a heating component 6; a substrate 4; a heat discharge part 2; and a heat transfer part 8. The substrate 4 includes: a first surface 41; and a second surface 42 opposite to the first surface 41. In the first surface 41, the heating component 6 is arranged. The heat discharge part 2 receives a heat of the heating component 6 from the second surface 42 via the substrate 4. The heat discharge part 2 discharges a heat. The heat transfer part 8 receives a heat from an object part. The heat transfer part 8 gives a heat to the heat discharge part 2. The object part is formed by at least one of the heating component 6 and a conductor 5 formed on the first surface 41 of the substrate 4. A heat capacity of the heat discharge part 2 is larger than that of the heat transfer part 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
