Further, a second electrode 200 has weights 210, 220. A first connection member 310 connects one end part 101 with an artificial satellite 500. A second connection member 320 connects the other end part 102 with the artificial satellite 500. A third connection member 330 connects a position 103 located between both ends with the artificial satellite 500. A fourth connection member 340 connects one end part 201 with the artificial satellite 500. A fifth connection member 350 connects the other end part 202 with the artificial satellite 500. A sixth connection member 360 connects a position 203 between both ends with the artificial satellite 500. A seventh connection member 370 connects the one end part 101 with the one end part 201.
