Abstract:
To provide an aglycon production method that can improve the yield of aglycon.SOLUTION: An aglycon production method includes a degradation step of heating and pressurizing raw materials containing glycoside in the presence of a solvent to degrade the glycoside into aglycon, to obtain a mixture of a solution with aglycon dissolved therein and solid matter, and a separation step of separating the solution from the solid matter in the mixture obtained from the degradation step, to obtain a solution, where the solvent is a solvent mixture containing water and alcohol.SELECTED DRAWING: None
