Abstract:
To provide a detection device, with which it is possible to detect traces of a test substance and a sugar chain, and which is manufactured at low cost in a reduced size.SOLUTION: An inspection device comprises a storage unit, a first holder, a first specimen supply unit, a secondary antibody supply unit, a first measurement unit, a second holder, a second specimen supply unit, a lectin supply unit, a second measurement unit, and an operation unit. The first holder maintains the temperature of a first container at over 30 to 60°C when a secondary antibody is supplied to the first container after a first specimen is supplied and the first specimen and the secondary antibody are reacted in the first container. The second holder maintains the temperature of a second container at 10 to 30°C when lectin is supplied to the second container after a second specimen is supplied and the second specimen and the lectin are reacted in the second container.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
