To provide a construction method for a connection structure of a precast structural member and an overtime hardening material which can shorten the construction period by reducing work procedure and curing period with a simple method and also can improve crack resistance of recesses.SOLUTION: A construction method for a connection structure 1 of a precast structural member and an overtime hardening material in which an overtime hardening material 3 is placed on a joint part A between precast structural members 2, 2 so as to integrally couple the precast structural member 2 and the overtime hardening material 3, the method performing the process of connecting precast structural members 2 and 2 with a tension-introducing steel material 4 equipped with screws, and also a tension applying process that applies tension to a joint part A before placing the overtime hardening material 3, and after that, a placing process that places the overtime hardening material 3 in the joint part A to integrally connect the precast structural member 2 and the overtime hardening material 3. In the tension applying process, a tension force is gradually increased by tightening the screw of the tension force introducing steel material 4 so as to impart a tension force that suppresses cracking of the joint part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
