Abstract:
To provide methods for treating cancer in mammals and combinations useful for such treatments.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a combination of an antigen-binding protein (ABP) that binds to OX40 and a TLR4-modulator, where the ABP regulates OX40. Specifically, the ABP that binds to OX40 is preferably a humanized monoclonal antibody, and the TLR4 modulator is a TLR4 agonist, further the TLR4 modulator is preferably an aminoalkyl glucosaminide phosphate (AGP).SELECTED DRAWING: None
