Abstract:
To provide a detection device capable of improving the sensor resolution.SOLUTION: A detection device includes a substrate, a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements arranged on the substrate, a plurality of transistors provided in accordance with the respective photoelectric conversion elements, and a plurality of scan lines extending in a first direction. Each of the detection elements includes a photoelectric conversion element, and a plurality of transistors provided overlapping with the photoelectric conversion element. One scan line is provided between a first detection element and a second detection element that are adjacent to each other in a second direction intersecting with the first direction, and is connected to the first detection element and the second detection element.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
