Abstract:
To provide an imaging device that can suppress the variation in amplitude range of a signal line in a near-end part pixel that is near and a far-end part pixel that is far relative to a readout circuit that reads out a signal.SOLUTION: An imaging device includes a pixel array part including a readout pixel 20 where signal readout is performed and a reference pixel 30 where signal readout is not performed, a constant-current source 52 connected to source electrodes of an amplification transistor of the readout pixel and an amplification transistor of the reference pixel, and a current mirror circuit 51 that supplies the signal current according to the reference current output from the reference pixel to the readout pixel. The amplification transistor of the readout pixel and the amplification transistor of the reference pixel form a differential amplification circuit together with the constant-current source 52 and the current mirror circuit. The current mirror circuit and the constant-current source are disposed to face each other on opposite sides in a pixel column direction with the pixel array part held therebetween.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
