Abstract:
To provide a processing system for a liquid to be processed, maintaining a transmembrane pressure difference and a flow rate or pressure of the liquid circulating through a circulation flow path.SOLUTION: A processing system for a liquid to be processed comprises: plural crossflow system filter devices 20 in which the primary sides A are serially connected; a circulation path 40; a pump 50 and pressure control valve 53 for adjusting the inlet and outlet pressures P61(PV) and P62(PV) of the filter devices 20: the first and second secondary side control valves 51 and 52 provided at a secondary side B; and a controller 30. The controller 30 maintains a circulation flow rate to a preset value by increasing the inlet pressure of a pump 50 or by decreasing the outlet pressure of the pressure control valve 53 when the circulation flow rate of the liquid to be processed lowers, and also controls the first and second secondary side control valves 51 and 52 so that the pressure of a penetration liquid becomes the preset value thereof by calculating the preset value of pressure in the penetration liquid in the secondary side B, based on the preset values of the inlet/outlet pressures and a transmembrane pressure difference.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
