Abstract:
To remove a nut-set combination operation which is performed by an operator in an aluminum frame assembling operation.SOLUTION: A nut-set combination device 1 forms a nut set 85 combining a rectangular nut 80 caused to enter into a groove 890 formed in parallel to an extension direction of an aluminum frame 89 on an outer surface of the aluminum frame 89 of a prism and an annular resin frame 82 capable of surrounding an outer circumference of the nut 80. The nut-set combination device 1 includes a nut supplying means 2 which supplies nuts 80 one by one, a resin frame supplying means 3 which supplies resin frames 82 one by one and a combination means 7 which combines nuts 80 supplied from the nut supplying means 2 and resin frames 82 supplied from the resin frame supplying means 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
