Abstract:

To provide a nylon 4 fiber produced by wet spinning and improved in heat resistance, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: The nylon 4 fiber can be obtained by a production method including a step of discharging a spinning dope containing a nylon 4 resin, at least first acid having an acid dissociation constant of 2.80 or more and second acid having a larger acid dissociation constant than that of the first acid into a coagulation bath containing water and/or a polar organic solvent, and a step of stretching the discharged yarn. The nylon 4 fiber contains the nylon 4 resin and has a crystallization calorie of 80 J/g or more measured by a differential scanning calorimeter.SELECTED DRAWING: None
