Abstract:
To provide a cleaning method of a beverage supply path capable of cleaning inside of pipes from a dispense head to a dispense valve sufficiently in easy steps.SOLUTION: A head connection part 16 attachable to a dispense head 11 having an introduction port 12 of carbon dioxide and a supply port 13 of beer, and an adapter for cleaning 20 having an output side mounted to the head connection part 16 and a water supply part for supplying cleaning water, and the water supply part has a water supply nozzle 21 connected to the head connection part 16 and a cleaning bottle 22 filled with the cleaning water 23 including particles of ice and the inside of the path is cleaned by making cleaning water including particles of ice pass through all of the beer supply path.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
