To provide an evidence generation system and an evidence generation method for generating an evidence that secures a work quality at processing.SOLUTION: An evidence generation system 10: stores checklist data 122 being data showing a relation among a plurality of check items set in a checklist of processing with regard to steps composing the processing to be executed on site; obtains on-site data 41 being data obtained on site on the check items set with regard to the steps composing the processing, when executing the processing; and generates a digital evidence 130 on the processing according to a result of verification of conformity of a relation among on-site data with a relation among the check items in the checklist data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
