To provide a probe holder capable of easily holding a treatment probe, and a fixing tool.SOLUTION: A probe holder 1 is provided at an end of a tubularly formed pipe 10 and constitutes a probe guide 11 to insert a linear probe 200 therethrough, with the pipe 10.
